Open Book is a small volunteer library with a reading room, the NGO’s mission is to promote the pleasure of reading and offer a place were people in varies ages and cultures can come together.
As well as books, there are puzzles, blocks and educational games to keep the kids occupied while you browse Open Book’s small library. Lifetime membership is USD$15.
Open Book is situated at Street 240 (Oknha Chhun), next door The Shop.
