The Exchange

Le Sauvignon, is a wine bar, restaurant and tea room offering a warm and intimate place for drinks or dining. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating as well as a private room.  Its French bistro-style menu (fish or beef tartare, charcuterie, cheese plates, sandwiches, salads, and desserts) is accompanied by a fine selection of wines by glass or bottle. Java Café & Gallery

Java Cafe and Gallery is a two story cafe in a colonial house that and has a large balcony overlooking Independence Monument. They serve breakfast as well as salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pasta.  They also serve homemade bread and desserts. The open and comfortable atmosphere makes it a great place to bring your laptop and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The relaxed inside dining area has a small gallery attached to it with exhibitions of Cambodian photography and art.

Touk Restaurant & Bar

Touk  Restaurant & Bar is a riverside bar serving a full array of Western and Asian dishes such as burgers and imported steaks, pizza, pastas, salads, seafood and several local dishes as well. They have a full bar offering draft beer, cocktails and spirits. They have patio seating for watching of the riverfront scene, as well as a pool table.
Happy hour is from 4:30PM – 7:30PM.
