The Exchange Restaurant and Bar is one of the latest additions to the Phnom Penh restaurant scene. It is placed in a beautifully restored colonial building in north of Phnom Penh, just 500 meter north of Wat Phnom. The restaurant has a cosmopolitan feeling to it and offers a range of classical western dishes.
